In early 2005 JP Morgan Partners (now CCMP) purchased a 65 percent controlling stake in Air International, resulting in the current entity Air International Thermal Systems (AITS). We now design and supply from 14 locations in Australia, China, Asia and North America and employ more than 800 staff.
